I'm new to Track IR4 today....Christmas Day.
I see that "profiles" are shared by users. How exactly do you load a profile? These profiles look extensive and somewhat complicated.
Appreciate your explanation on this.

To use someone else's profile copy it to the profiles directory and fire up TIR. You should then see it in the bottom section of the profiles, click the box on the end to make it an excliusive load (all programs will use it) or on the right of the game in the top pox you can select the profile to be used by that game.
