Tendency to twitch anti-clockwise?

I have noticed this occasionally using in FS2004 with some aircraft.

Could this be some sort of conflict with using it with Active Camera'? Or, is it a bug?

There is a conflict with Active Camera. Disable Active Camera and try again.
