Can someone finally help to get this working?

Ok, I've been unable to use my trackir for about a week and a half, mailed customer support etc, no result... are they all asleep? I know its christmas etc, but they can check their email once a day, no?

Anyways I have the "unnamed usb device" problem, same as here

My system:
Windows XP Pro SP2
MOBO Asus P4C 800
Pentium 4 HT 2.8Ghz 800Mhz FSB
1024 Gb DDR400
ATI 9800Pro 128mb
Sound blaster Audigy 2 zs
Hotas cougar

I'll post if I find a solution. I made lots of reinstalls and used a registry cleaner software.

Any help is appreciated
