Well the Orange LEd would indicate that the software is paused.

Do you see any objeects detected on the camera view?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

Thank you for quik reply.

well, I've tried to move TIR trough all my USB ports, and use it as only USB device, tried to use active hub also.

I can't see any objects on a camera view.

Pressing F9 (pause) takes effect - indicator starting to shine stronger, when pause is on. (I used soft 5)

Cable close to a camera looks like it is damaged, could it be possible and effects so?

It is possible that the camera has had some type of hardware failure.

Do you have any diagnostic utilities, or software which could detect issue?

Not yet. I'm going to try it. But really do not trust in success. Nothing changed with other devices, they are working well. I have two OS at this machine and I've tried device with them all, thought about software issues.

Hi Vincent,
I now have 2 Track Ir Pro because after trying for 2 days to re-install on windows XP, Vista and Vista 64 without success, I went out and bought a second one form Ebay (used) thinking my old track Ir hardware was defective. To my surprise the second unit also does not work. I have tried them both in 3 different computers. Software installation is fine, but with the unit plugged into the USB, no blue flashing LED and the unit is not detected (Device not Detected) by the software. I have tried different versions of software, all available USB ports on different computers, but still on luck. I have even tried them separately clip and track unit in separate USB ports. Can you help?
Device not Detected
No flashing LED
PS; I tried almost all the tips and tricks i've found on this forum
Thanks

I am now getting similar problems. When I start my computer it detects that there is a new device and tries to install the drivers. It never finds anything. After reinstalling the software, I still get the same issue. The only indication I have that the unit is working at all is that the blue LED flashes periodically, about 6 second intervals. It is not as bright as it usually is. The software still opens up, but it informs me that there is No Device Detected.

I have tried reinstalling the software many times, I have tried changing USB ports, I still get the same result each time. I have yet to try a few other options running through my head, but I thought I would let you guys know hoping you come up with a solution before I do.
Thanks.
