I have Tracker IR3 and considering adding Vector Expansion. But I'm wondering for those flight simmers how useful Vector Expansion is? I'm flying F4AF.

Look to the 'TrackIR Stories' section Wombat.
As for useful. That really depends on whether the game supports any of the extra functions.
If it does; YES.

Thanks fella's. I mainly play F4AF which currently doesn't support 6-dof, but I believe, as you say, improves 3-dof with better stability (it would be just my luck to be scratching my nose .... and didn't see it coming! )

Thanks again

I agree with Today, Wombat. For the games that support 5- or 6-dof, going from basic TIR to Vector is like going from hat and mouse views to TIR . Even if your game only works in the up&down/left&right mode, the added stability of Vector is a big improvement.

Of course, you should check the list of supported games, because if none of the games you play supports it then you won't get that much out of it.
