Red leds in the center of the device - 3 or 4

Hello,

I just received my device and I must say it's really bluffing
I just rediscovered a whole new FS9!

I wanted to know if it was normal to have 3 red leds showing through the screen, as it's not symmetrical. Should there be 4? I'm wondering if my package was damaged during shipping.

3 red LEDs on the unit itself? No, should be 4. Unless you are talking about the Tracking Window?

I'm talking about the main black screen.
I have a one red led on the top row and two on the bottom row.

Sigh, been waiting 2 weeks for my TIR but if you confirm I'm supposed to see 4 red dots then I'm shipping it back.

Here's a picture I just took, the dots look blue in the picture but they are in fact red.

Just wanted to say that eDimensional and NaturalPoint did their best to replace my faulty device. I got a new device less than one week after creating this thread and I love it!

wow, those LED's are bright. Are they supposed to be that bright? Mine are barely visable in a lighted room. Is that the camera which is making them look so bright?

That is just the way the LED's have come out on the photo.
