I've been away for some time.
So the TIR4! It WAS centering perfectly when I got it. At some point I pressed a combination of keys that seemed to confuse the device or software. Why am I saying that? Same thing happened to my friend and he solved it only after reinstalling Windows.
BTW guys - I'm not a spoiled 12 year old kid, but computer technician (so is my friend, he is working on hardware) and believe me I tried my best to solve the problem. I tried all the suggestions, and I'm quite sure something has been written to registry or somewhere else that spoiled the centering.
I will send an email to support staff, so they can view the tracks and judge by themselves.
