Yellow light blinks all the time...

Why is it that the upper yellow light on the 4pro blinks on and off every 5 seconds even when the software isn't loaded? Is this normal?

I just hooked up my new 4pro and it works very well. Even more smooth than the 3pro. Nice work.

It seems to be normal when the TIR 4 Pro is connected to the usb even if the software is not running. Mine blinks all the time just like yours.
