From the users name (Jorgensen) and the use of that phrase, I my guess would be that this is a danish fellow, who would like to have it "cut out in CARDBOARD". To "cut it out in cardboard" is slang for "explaining it exactly".
He could also have asked if anyone could "bend it in neon".
Just a little danish lesson here
