to start, i have reinstalled the latest software & removed the program files folder to make sure.
I have a window behind me, even with the blinds down i get infa red leakage, due to this i am forced to put the light filter to max.
the problem is, after restarting trackIR, light filter is still ticked and set to maximum, but yet again i am presented with a tracking window full of light bleed. I have to move the slider down and back up, then click ok and my window of red is gone again.,
so there is a fault with the light filtering for me, do you have a resolution ?
light filtering issues..
Re: light filtering issues..
Sounds light some corruption in the application settings. I would reinstall the software, again.
Re: light filtering issues..
will give it a go in the morning, thanks again.
Re: light filtering issues..
No issues, let me know how it goes.......
Re: light filtering issues..
interesting this one, reinstalled after add/remove and deleting the folder (yes i backed up profiles)
after a couple of restarts i got it to fault again on the light filter. i have figured this out though, for some reason its looking at the settings for none track clip pro for no good reason at all, so i have added the filter settings manaully into the xml, can you give the XML the once over and see if you agree with the settings please vincent?
am also wondering if theres a setting to tell it not to try and use the window as a vector point ?
it just seems to ignore any slider setting for pixel size, its obvious the window takes up 3/4 of the tracking screen, and it turns green as though its a track clip light?
its no major issue as daytime gaming is few and far between, jsut wondering.. anyway follows the settings.xml

Re: light filtering issues..
Yes, that is how the settings should look, after enabling the TrackClip Pro, in the default profile.
Are you using the same profiles, from the old install?
There is no way to isolate the sunlight from being tracked by the software.
