TrackIR4 not working

Hi.
Sorry, for my eng.
My device suddenly stopped working.
I used it within several months IL2. Now the startup game, green LED lights for a couple of seconds and disappears. Only the blue LED flashes. In programs written "no data" and click "traking" nothing. Reinstall programm and the use of other USB not help.
my configuration Win XP SP2
MSI K9N Neo
AMD 4600 +
2 GB Ram
7900 GTX

Reinstall Windows is done, but no changes.

What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

Have you made any changes to the system recently?

Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

Are you plugging in directly to the system, or are you using a hub?

Have you tried turn off any kind of power save feature for your USB ports?

In the "Device Manager" you can right click the "USB Root Hub"(s), that show, and then select properties. On the power management tab, uncheck the box that allows the computer to turn off the USB port to save power (i.e. uncheck the box). Sometimes that has an impact on the connectivity of the devices.

TrackIR_4.1.030.Final.B

No. Only, what i can remember, it's install games: FSX and LockOn.

Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

No, only change OS on my PC.

Are you plugging in directly to the system, or are you using a hub?

direct in matherboard.

At this point, we just need to isolate the issue to either the system, or the TrackIR unit....
