I've been using Trackir since it first came out. I've upgraded and sold off my old versions and that included selling off a TrackHAT. It had only one reflective surface so it wouldnt work well with 6DOF but I was hoping it would make a comeback or maybe its out there and I don't see it!
I have the TrackClip & TrackClip PRO. I actually use the clip on tro my vizor more than than PRO because theres no extra wire.
Ideally I would love to have a nice HAT where I didnt need to put on a CLIP ON device.
Has anyone tried to engineer their own HAT that works well with 6DOF? I've thought of making one but it would never be as clean as the natural point trackhat I had in the past.
