ok i am just wondering what the warranty process is? and how long it takes? any ideas?

i just got a reply from skysim:
"We have a 6 month warranty on hardware. If your item is older than this you could try Natural Point directly."
i thought it was a 1 year limited warranty? and it doesnt say otherwise anywhere else?
can you help?

It should be a one year warranty......
I will pass this on to the sales team.....
