Hello larrysam,

It sounds like the computer is detecting the TrackIR, but the TrackIR camera is not detecting the reflectors or LEDs. Are you using the TrackClip or the TrackClip Pro? If you put the software into Camera View, do you see any red or green dots or blobs?
