TrackIR gets stuck?

If I look up and to the right, my trackIR gets "stuck"

By this I mean the gauges stop responding to head movements, or sometimes respond jerkily. If I look back towards the center it starts responding again. One day it just started doing this all on its own.

Seems to only happen if I look up and to the right.

I checked and made sure it is still tracking properly. I can see all 3 green dots in the tracking display, the green LED remains lit, and there is nothing behind me (in fact I turned off all the lights in the room just to make sure it was not stray reflections)

Anyone have any ideas?

What version of the TrackIR software are you using?

Using the TrackClip Pro, or the standard TrackClip?

Standard track clip, I think. The one that came in the box with my TIR4 that clips onto your hat.

Turning the Light Filtering slider all the way down seems to have fixed this. Thanks go to R_Target of the ubi.com forums for the suggestion.
