TrackIR 4 Pro doesn't start

I have successfully installed the 5.0 driver and plugging in my pc that is running Windows 7 64bit directly.
Everytime I start TrackIR v5,only one blue lights on TrackIR was on. nothing is shown in camera panel
I have to restart TrackIR v5 2-3 times in order to let the TrackIR work.
I have used this Trackir4 pro almost 2 years.
No error happens until I installed 5.0 driver.
Could tell you what is wrong?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

Are you running any other applications in the background?

Are you using a trackclip, or trackclip pro with the camera?

i believe i have a same/similar issue.
i use trackir 4 with the V5 software.
everything works fine more often than not, but ~1/10 times when i load the program, the camera does not pick up anything and i have to close and reopen the program multiple times till it works.

and this was not a problem in vista, but only recently with a new computer.
windows 7 32bit
p55m-ud2 mobo

connected directly to the PC

Have you tried moving USB ports? No.

Are you running any other applications in the background? No.

trackclip pro with the camera. usb connected to the front usb ports.

Are the camera plugged in thru the clip pro port?

Try seperating them into different ports.

Have you tried turn off any kind of power save feature for your USB ports?

In the "Device Manager" you can right click the "USB Root Hub"(s), that show, and then select properties. On the power management tab, uncheck the box that allows the computer to turn off the USB port to save power (i.e. uncheck the box). Sometimes that has an impact on the connectivity of the devices.

my camera is not plugged though the clip pro port.
the power save feature off did not resolve the problem.

right now it's just not working at all.

edit. after 5 minutes i reopened the software and it is working.
