BIg problem

My TrackIR4 Pro does not light up anymore.

I was playing IL2 when suddenly it just stopped working. I rebooted, plugged the device into different ports on the gaming PC and even my laptop. However there is no sign of light coming on or windows even recognizing a USB device was connected.

I'm running Windows XP.

The software tells me no device detected or connected. I'm using the latest trackIR software too.

I need help please

please email your camera serial number, and issue to support.

Where is serial number ??? i've only bar code near usb connexion !!! is it ???

Correct, it should be on the bar code label.
