Multiple TrackIR5 process, not shutting down.

Hi, I have recently started to use the V5 version (5.00.300 build 6225) with my TiR4 (not using proclip).I have been using the V4 software up til now.

Sometimes when I shut it down(exit)the process still remains open. Then, when starting it again, I get multiple TrackIR5.exe processes running, and the games just "lag down" to 2 fps.
I then need to open the taskmanager, close the processes, shut down TrackIR and restart it to get it working again.

Any ideas what could cause this and is there a fix?

Did some testing and it seems I have found what is causing it!
It's a plugin for a Fanatec wheel that is causing these issues.
It's called THUD, and is used with iRacing.

When I have it enabeled and shut down TrackIR , it does not kill the process.

Glad you've been able to isolate the problem. We've heard about similar issues occasionally, but our devs have been unable to reproduce it in house.

Yes, at least now I know what causes it.

I can send a link to the software if you like, so that you can try it out your self. There is no need for any hardware (fanatec wheel) to test it.
