Odd issue

Post by wreckdoll »

hello, just started having this isssue last night, you can see in the screen shot that the camera does not show the usual 3 nice green dots it usually does. everything starts out ok tracking is good dots look normal in the camera view. about 1 minute or 2 into game play the head tracking goes crazy and when I get out and look at the camera tracking screen it looks like the attached image. have tried several games all do the same. If I walk away for an hour or so it will retun to normal and I can use it in game for another minute or two. have tried software versions 4.1.0.36, 4.1.0.37, and 5 with a complete uninstall and folder deletion between each.
is this a heat issue? the environment has not changed recently.
the usb config is as it has been for quite some time.

any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks
Randy

Have you tried moving USB ports?

Do you have access to another PC you can try the device on?

Are you connecting the camera, to the pc, using the TrackClip Pro pass-thru?
