cant find specified file

Ive been using Track IR for years, not problems.

I then unplugged it and plugged it back in and it asked me to reinstall the drivers. I went for the automatic option and it resulted in the installation failing with the error message,
"cannot find the specified file"

Ive tried uninstalling the software and installing the latest version still the same.

Do you have access to another PC to try the device on?

Have you tried manually pointing the the TrackIR drivers - Program files\naturalpoint\TrackIR\drivers
