Track IR 4 Crashes

This is my 1st time using TrackIR 4. I bought it off ebay... I installed Version 4.1.038 beta 04. 1st time install worked fine. after shutdown and restart, the software crashes as soon and i click the executable.. It crashes hard enough where the "dr. watson" debug comes up. it did this to me last night. I restored XP to the day before i installed the trackir 4 software. I then reinstalled the software and again it worked great until i tried to use it tonight and again it is crashing... with or without the usb IRcamera attached. The program crashes but Task Manager "Processes" shows it still active and won't let me kill the process... Gives me "End Now" only when I reboot
