View changes to slow motion

Hi

I use my TIR4 with Pro clip to play IL-2.

Over the last few months my normal in-game view will suddenly change while I'm playing to a sort of slow-motion view. This can be rectified by pushing my F7 key, but it happens so often now that it's becoming a real problem.

I can't find any reference to a slow motion function and nor do I know what it would be for. I've tried re-installing the software but the problem remains.

Can anyone help me with this please.

The F7 key is the precision mode, within the software, to allow endusers to perform button functions within the VC.

5.8.1.2 Profile Settings

Precision
The Precision hotkey enables precision mode, which temporarily steadies the view by increasing smoothing. When precision mode is disabled, smoothing settings return to the normal profile preset. Precision mode is commonly used in combat flight simulators when tracking an enemy in your sights to keep the view as stable as possible.


You can disable it, within the advanced profile settings.
