Hello everybody,

After years under Windows XP, I've just changed my computer and installed Windows 7 64 bits. Then I tried to install my TrackIR 4. So, I went to the the TrackIR website in order to download the last version of the software.

Unfortunatelly, the installation of the software is impossible, even with the Administrator rights. I always have the following message :



The german sentence means "Setup could not start the installation".
The french sentence means "One or more arguments are incorrect".
Strange to see two different language in an error message... Anyway, I tried with version 5.1.3, 5.1, 4.1.038 and my original CD that contains the version 4.1.030 without success !!!

What's wrong ? Is there any solution ? How can I install my TrackIR ?

Finally, I reinstalled Windows. Then I installed the trackIR software before anything else and it works.

Glad to hear you were able to get it working properly. Out of curiosity, I've seen the issue with multiple languages before, as well. What language does Windows natively use?
