Just to keep this discussion alive, the thread is staying populated and there seems to be a good show of support for the addition of TrackIR to the game! Thanks for everybody who posted, and if you haven't, what are you waiting for!
BTW I may have a beta key or two sitting around in my inbox, though the beta does end in two days... If your interested hit me up!

Has there been any traction on this? I haven't heard a peep about anything official, semi-official or even just a dev who says they want to do it eventually for some time now.

There was a peep about a dev working on it a few days ago. But other than that, nothing official. When in doubt, take your request to the game devs and see what they say.

We haven't heard anything recently. That doesn't mean they aren't working on something, but I would advise asking the game developers about it, they may have a more exact answer.
