Ahoy Noel,
While ET:QW isn't currently supporting TrackIR, I've fired you off an email anyway.

We do hope to do whatever we can to get in there. Time will tell how it all works out. I'm personally a huge id software fan, so i'd love to see it happen. If any progress is officially made, i'll definitely post here in the forums.
