Defective and almost new TrackClip Pro issue

Hello,
I've bought the TrackIR 5 with the TrackClip Pro several weeks ago. Without trying on the hat+reflector setup, I've immediately used the TCP with X-Plane 9 with no major issues.
For a couple of weeks the TrackClip Pro lay dormant on my desk. There was no shock, abuse or any sort of force applied to the unit.
Today I've found out that there is a faulty contact point somewhere which disables the TCP unit every now and then. It can be immediately be put back online by gently tapping the device while wearing it. It renders the unit almost useless.
This is not an issue with the USB power (I've tried three different ports, hubs and hubless) nor with the camera (the hat+reflectors setup works fine). This is simply a very, very flimsy assembly.
The unit was bought in Paris, France. Please let me know how and where it should be sent for a replacement.
Thank you.
