Thank you for the update. There may be remnants of your previous installs left in the registry. I would advise removing all aspects of TrackIR software from your computer and rebooting a few times. Then install software v5.1.3 to test the device.

sorry that I didn't come back earlier.

I deinstalled everything with cleaning the registry and several reboots.
Then I installed your version of the software and it works again. Thanks!

But the issue with the wobbling around the point I'd like to look at still remains.

It shows a few seconds of the TrackIR software then game footage. It's clearly not my head shaking and I made sure that no light behind me is interfering with the camera...

Have you tried using the precision mode? What about increasing the smoothing of your profile?
