Broken Track Clip Pro

Hi Naturalpoint

My track clip pro is broken after two days of use. The o-ring that holds the piece of plastic where the LEDS are mounted popped out and that piece is now dangling.

I have sent an email a couple of days ago with my order number but I haven't heard from anyone yet.

Could you let me know when someone will get back to me about it?
