Hi
Got my TIR5 with Track Clip Pro in April this year. The part that holds the 3 LED's popped out many many times in those 8 months since and i've always managed to pop it back in.
However today i noticed after it popped out that the red wire has finally snapped.Do i contact the retailer direct or Natural Point and how quick are they to replace??

If you purchased from a reseller outside of the US or Canada, you can contact them for your replacement. If you purchased from a US or Canadian reseller, please contact sales@naturalpoint.com to get your TCP replaced.
