Broken Track Clip Pro

About a week ago I purchased the TrackIR 5 along with the Track Clip Pro. I received the package on Thursday May 9. The track clip pro was damaged on arrival. I didn't realize that it was broke until I tried to use it. The tracking was erratic because the area that's supposed to swivel was loose. I was recently informed that an improved Track Clip Pro is available. What is the difference between the 2 Track Clips?

Also how do I go about getting a new one? I purchased the TrackIR 5 Pro bundle from TheHumanSolution but they have a horrible return policy. Also I don't wish to get the old track clip pro where I will most likely have the same problem.

Finally, I absolutely love the TrackIR 5. Awesome. Completely changes how you play. I will definitely recommend this to everyone.
