Hi
I bought a trackclip pro to replace my trackclip and the very instant that I touch it to remove it from the box that it was delivered in it broke at the point were the led joint and frame clip together.
I was under the impression that this issue had been solve so have I bought old stock from flight store .
The retailer is happy for me to send the trackclip pro back to them for a replacement or refund but this would be at my expence which is starting to make this an expencive purchase for some thing that is possibly going to arrive snapped again.
My track ir 5 and track clip pro were bought at different times and different retailers.
Is it possible for natural point the manufacturer to send me a upgraded replacement ?
