Hello, I have been using the track clip pro for a few months now, and I am starting to have a problem with it. The camera hardly recognizes the IR LED's, and the track clip pro must be a couple of centimeters(maybe an inch) away from the camera just to be recognized.
Any suggestions on How to fix this?
My hat clip works perfectly with the camera so I know it is not that

I am sure we can figure out what is going on here. Can you verify that the LED lights on the TrackClip PRO are illuminated? If they are not, I would ask that you create a ticket with us at:
help.naturalpoint.com
