Replacement TrackClip Pro?

My Trackclip Pro has broken a few times, and I've fixed it with epoxy. This time, the two VERY small wires in the clip have snapped rendering it useless.

How can I go about getting a replacement? I don't have a receipt.. but do have the packaging.
