Help needed Track Clip Pro

Hi all,
I first bought Track IR v3 some years ago and have recently upgraded to the Vector Expansion and bought a Track Clip Pro.

All software has installed ok (V4, then V5 when I got Pro Clip). Vector expansion activated ok.

However, when I plug the Track Clip Pro in (and the Track IR v3 via 'piggy back' connector) the track Ir is recognised but not the Track Clip. I have selected Track Clip Pro in the software and no lights are tracking are visible.

What have I done wrong?
It can't be broke before I've used it surely?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated, I'm baffled!

Have you tried connecting the TrackClip PRO directly into the computer? Could I have you create a ticket with us at:

My base leg snapped of and my pro clip sensors keeps falling off. I love this product but why is it so flimsy yet so expensive? What can I do I am still under Warranty.
