track IR 5 arm broken

hi i brought a track IR 5 on March 10, 2013 the arm that extends from the track clip pro is very lose
and will not stay in position what do i do please.
the fact that it moves from side to side as well leads me to believe that the clip is broken inside as is in the process of falling off.
i got this as a replacement for MY track IR 4 which the track clip broke aswell (it was over a year old , this one has lasted 6 months i have sent a email to your help desk and i hope i can get this resolved as this was expensive for me what with shipping to denmark and then having to pay taxes on it.
