Though I don't work for flightstore, so I don't know their inventory situation. It is unlikely that they would have any of the old models in stock. I wish I had a better answer for you, but I cannot give you a guarantee.

hi..I want to buy TrackIR 5 Pro clip in Turkey,the company name is Softcode Software.I wonder that TrackIR Pro clip is a new version or not.The seller company says that , they have imported Track Clip Pro's one month ago.CAn you help me?

Hi,

I have been aware of how delicate this unit was since I bought it. I have been as careful as one can be but the inevitable happened. Of the two prongs that hold the leds', one has broken and now it won't stay in place.

Could I please get some assistance on how to go about it to get it repaired or replaced. Needless to say, it is out of warranty, but I would it thought that as it is either design and/or manufacturing fault, I may be considered.
