Hi,
I received my new TrackIR 5 and TrackClip Pro on Wednesday but I haven't been able to get the camera to work with the clip. It works well with the hat clip.
The camera is currently connected through the piggyback USB on the clip. I don't know if this is a software issue or if the unit is defective. I'm using software version 5.2.2.

I'm willing to bet Justin doesn't know he needs to change the software setting so it knows he is using the track clip pro versus the hat clip. Just saying.

Is there an unshaded window or strong light behind your head?
