I bought a Trackir 5 with trackclip pro from Amazon.com a few weeks ago and it arrived the other day. I have downloaded the lastest software from their site, installed it and I got the UI in calibrating or setting up the Trackir and Clip pro. But I can't get the clip pro working. I have read somewhere that there has to be a light coming from the IR leds but unfortunately there are no lights that I can see. I changed USB ports, made the clip pro have an independent USB port but still not working. I think the Clip pro is faulty.
Any suggestions?
