Tracker Clip Pro.Software problem

My PC is Windows 10 and recently added the Tracker Clip Pro, but so far have not been able to install the software. I have the 'Quick start guide' but cannot follow the defined description starting with 'Tracker IR'. I guess at 93 I am perhaps loosing my way. A more detailed Install routing would be much appreciated. Thank you
