Need headset.

Hello,
I am getting the trackclip pro and I need to get a headset that will fit it. Here are my requirements:
Under $25
OK sound quality(no scratchy scratch in background)
will run with windows 7,8 and 10
strong cord (won't short out easily)
Looks good (nothing too terribly bulky)(nothing that looks cheap, I am paying cheap but I don't want them to look cheap either)
will fit a 14yr old
I will be using for il-2 1946 in case that helps at all
