Order possible delay

Good morning, I placed my order on December 31st. I have not received the email that it has been sent to Spain. I imagine it will be for the Christmas holidays. I sent them an email, with the payment order but as I have no news at the moment. Is this normal for having been Christmas? thanks and regards
