I must be a dummy

Post by Chipwich »

Having trouble getting the tracking to stabalize with my TrackIR 4 and build 29. It is smooth one direction but kicks vertical past center. Vector clip on hat work beautifully. I do not see a selection for the TrackClip in a profile, only dot and vector. Using the latest build.

Was this supposed to have an instruction sheet? Mince came in the box with only a packing slip. Does the pass-through block any of the USB functionality, I.E. can I plug in a controller.

THANKS

You will need to uninstall the 4.1.028 version of the TrackIR software, the reinstall the 4.1.029 version.

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

http://media.naturalpoint.com/software/ ... .Final.exe
