LED's are DED!

Post by Brennus »

Well, my LED's seem to be KIA! As much as I love the TrackClip, I really don't want to spend another $40 for a replacement! I would much rather "fix" the issue, so, if anyone here has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it!

Could you be a little more clear on the issue?

Do they show up on the Tracking screen?

Could you send your purchase information to, support@naturalpoint.com

Well, it seems that rotating the "Trident", helped to rectify the problem! I was very pleased to see the LED's light up! I'm thinking that the wires were twisted from within the device, causing a bad connection down the line.

Anyway, Problem solved! I'm glad you responded so quickly, but it seems that your services aren't needed at this time.
