Clip pro not tracking correctly

Hello,

I am trying to use the clip pro instead of the vector. But the tracking didn't seems correct. Whenever I turn my head right, once the bottom green dot passes to the right side of the middle green dot, the head suddenly jumps to look up. My tracking screen has only 3 green dots, nothing else. And I am sure I have selected clip pro instead of vector for the tracker. Also, when I use the clip pro, pitching up/down is reversed. But the other 5 Degree works okay. Please Help

What version of the TrackIR software are you using?

What OS are you using?

What applications are you using the TrackIR with?
