Spare Parts?

Post by Bazooka_Boy »

Hi

Unfortunately my headphones fell to the floor whilst my TrackClip was attached.

The small piece which fits clips together the section containing the LEDS to the section which clips to the headset broke. I can only describe it as a small piece which plugs in to keep the hinge part together.

I have made a temporary fix with tape but of course this affects the flexibility. Is it possible to buy a replacement?

thanks
Bryan

The cheap construction, in my opinion, is a serious problem for the TrackClip Pro. I just got mine today, and it seems they should have spent a little more time on the engineering of this piece of equipment. It works flawlessly for me, but the cheap plastic, and the fact that there is nothing to stop you from twisting the internal wires and breaking them is sad for a system that is so pricey.
