Broken prong

One of my trackclip pro prongs broke where the three lights connect into the next bar thing... So the piece with the three lights just hangs out. Do I have to buy a whole new one or will you replace it?

I had the exact same thing with my Track Clip Pro, but mine was like that on arrival, its held on with 2 extremely flimsy prongs, very poor, weak design. So much so i'm scared i might break it by even just putting my headphones down or taking them off. This was resolved by a replacement.
