As I understand it using the TCP should give better performance than the normal track clip that goes onto your baseball cap.

My problem in using the TCP is that I cannot move my head too much sideways or I loose tracking. With the normal TC I do not have this limitation.

The solution of course is to adjust your profiles and limit head movement but then sensitivity will also increase meaning small head movements will translate to large movements in the game.

My head is prob about 0.5m away from the sensor. For TCP usage the sensor is positioned at the base of my LCD and with the TC it's positioned on top of the monitor.

Any advice will be appreciated.

You shouldn't need to adjust your profiles in order to get the same performance from the TrackClip PRO. If anything, it should give you more tracking range. Have you moved your TrackIR unit to the left side of your monitor, to account for the TCP's placement on your headset?
