Device Not Detected

Hi All,

Having problems with Detection with the dongle on the Pro Clip. After having the luck of getting one of the few units that was recalled ( Thanks for replacing that one guys !! ) I have been having Device Not Detected and lockups of the software. I have had to removed the USB camera from the pro clip dongle and use them separately. Has anyone had to do this and has it been successful?

This is an interesting issue, as the TrackClip Pro does not use data, it's quite literally a passthrough. It's possible that the power is shorted in the clip through a pinched wire or similar, in which case I would recommend not using the clip, as it could potentially damage the computer.
