Does anyone know if the design flaw has bee addressed yet?
I purchased one in Jan this year and last week I discovered that the arm with the LED's had broke at the point of swivel.
I have not abused or misused it in any way. It sits on my desk attached to headset and is exclusively used by me (no children).
Contacted vendor (RC Simulations UK) and replacement is being sent. They did not question my request!!! This company are top notch for anything to do with flight simulation.
This my first post sorry for going on.

We did an adjustment to the manufacturing technique in March of 2011 that has virtually eliminated the flaw, as far as we have seen.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I took delivery of replacement today from RC Simulations UK and I hope this is one of the modified versions!!!!
I will still treat the clip with care as it is a great addition to Track IR. I am just in the process of setting it up to use with EZDok.
