Yep, we have seen no issues with the Arena software itself, and a 64-bit OS.

I am having issues with the point cloud calibration tool on x64. Have you got it working with x64 before?

What seems to be the issue?

What version of the software are you running?

When I run the point cloud calibration tool I get a "Critical Error" window with the message "The calibration tool has encountered an error and will close now.".
Versions are:
Optitrack sdk 1.1.032.beta.02
Pointcloud 1.0.032.beta.03
Running on win xp 64 sp2 athlon X2 dual core.

The same machine runs the point cloud calibration tool fine when using Windows Xp 32 bit. Does this mean I will have to dual boot to use the Pointcloud software (as I am doing now)?

I did a re-install may times of XP64, trying various combinations:
with/without SP2
beta/Non beta Optitrack/Pointcloud software
also tried the standard MS VC 2005 Runtime (as per the link on your page)
I also tried a full reinstall with MS Visual Studio 2005.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue and investigating the possible configurations. We have reproduced what you are seeing on an XP 64 system here and are looking to see how we can resolve it.
